The Board of Directors of BPB wishes to inform that the Company had on 10 September 2021 entered into a Conditional Land Lease Agreement (“CLLA”) with CIMB Islamic Trustee Berhad (“CITB”) and Next Generation Oil Sdn Bhd (“NGOSB” or “the Lessee”) for NGOSB to lease between 1,040 to 1,286 acres of land in Telok Sengat Estate (hereinafter referred to as “Proposed Lease Arrangement”). Please refer to the attachment for further details of the Proposed Lease Arrangement.
