Reference is made to the announcement dated 13 January 2016 in respect of the variation between the actual value and the estimated value of transaction by more than 10% for the transaction between the Company and the related party, Boustead Petroleum Marketing Sdn Bhd. Further to that announcement, the Company wishes to inform that the actual value of the RRPT transacted has further exceeded the estimated value by more than 10%, details of which are set out in the attachment. This announcement is dated 7 March 2016. |
