RISK COMMITTEE TERMS OF REFERENCE

INTRODUCTION

1. The Risk Committee of Boustead Plantations Berhad ("Boustead Plantations" or "the Group") was established on 16 July 2019.
2. The purpose of the Risk Committee is to assist the Board of Directors of Boustead Plantations Berhad in their responsibilities to:
   1. Oversee the establishment and implementation of the risk management framework; and
   2. Identify, assess and monitor the overall risk exposure of the Group,
   in order to safeguard the Group's interests and enhance shareholder value.
