The Company wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") has approved the Company's request for suspension in the trading of the ordinary shares in BPlant with effect from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on Thursday, 24 August 2023, pending the release of a material announcement.
The request for suspension is made under subparagraph 3.1(b) of Practice Note 2 on Request for Suspension of the Main Market Listing Requirement of Bursa Securities.
