Circumstances by reason of which a person ceases to be a substantial shareholder	The Strategic Collaboration Agreement ("SCA") between Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad ("KLK"), Boustead Holdings Berhad ("BHB") and Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera ("LTAT"), involving the purchase by KLK and the sale by BHB and LTAT of 739,199,966 ordinary shares in Boustead Plantations Berhad ("BPlant"), representating 33% and 1 share of the total issued shares of BPlant ("Sale Shares") was terminated with effect from 4 October 2023. As a result of the termination of the SCA, KLK ceased to be deemed interested in the Sale Shares on 4 October 2023.
