| Accordingly, HQA which was earlier deemed interest in the Sale Shares via its wholly owned subsidiary corporation, Cubic Crystal Corporation, which in turn is the holding corporation of High Quest Holdings Sdn. Bhd. ("HQH") and HQH is a substantial shareholder of Wan Hin Investments Sdn. Berhad which in turn is a substantial shareholder of Batu Kawan Berhad which in turn is a substantial shareholder of KLK, also ceased to be deemed interested in the Sale Shares on 4 October 2023. |
