We refer to the press release by LTAT dated 4 October 2023 and the announcement dated 5 October 2023 in relation to the Possible Offer.
The Board of Directors of BPlant wishes to announce that BPlant has received a press notice from LTAT informing that LTAT's efforts to implement the Possible Offer remains on-going, subject to the requisite approvals.
LTAT will make the relevant announcement or notification as and when required in accordance with the requirements of the Securities Commission Malaysia and/or any other relevant authorities.
SHAREHOLDERS OF BPlant ARE ADVISED TO EXERCISE CAUTION WHEN DEALING IN THE ORDINARY SHARES OF BPlant AND TO SEEK APPROPRIATE ADVICE IF THEY WISH TO DO SO, AS BPlant HAS NOT RECEIVED ANY FIRM OFFER RELATING TO THE POSSIBLE OFFER.
