We refer to the press release by LTAT dated 4 October 2023, and the announcements dated 5 October 2023 and 3 November 2023 in relation to the possible general offer by LTAT involving BPlant.
The Board of Directors of BPlant ("Board") wishes to announce that the Board has on 10 November 2023 received a notice of unconditional mandatory take-over offer ("Notice") from the Joint Principal Advisers, on behalf of the Offeror, to acquire all the remaining ordinary shares in BPlant not already held by the Offeror ("Offer Share(s)") for a cash offer price of RM1.55 per Offer Share ("Offer").
A copy of the Notice is enclosed in this announcement and the same will be posted to the holders of the Offer Shares within 7 days from the date of this announcement.
