Reference is made to the BPlant’s announcement dated 10 November 2023 in relation to the Offer. Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcement dated 10 November 2023 in relation to the Offer.
In accordance with Paragraph 3.06 of the Rules on Take-overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions issued by the Securities Commission Malaysia, the Board wishes to announce that Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd has been appointed to act as the Independent Adviser to provide their comments, opinion, information and recommendation to the holders of the Offer Shares in respect of the Offer.
