On behalf of BPB, AFFIN Investment is pleased to announce that the bookbuilding process for the Institutional Offering has been completed today. The Institutional Offering to other institutional and selected investors (excluding Bumiputera investors approved by the MITI), which comprise 102,374,000 IPO Shares (including the Over-allotment Option), was over-subscribed by approximately 12.4 times.

Consequently, the Institutional Price and the Final Retail Price have been fixed, as follows:

INSTITUTIONAL PRICE – RM1.60 PER SHARE

FINAL RETAIL PRICE – RM1.60 PER SHARE

The Retail Offering closed at 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 11 June 2014.
