The Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be convened at a later date for the following: 1. proposed renewal of existing Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature. 2. proposed additional Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature.
