Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the circular to shareholders of BPB dated 16 March 2017 in relation to the Sale (“Circular”). We refer to the announcement dated 22 December 2016 in relation to the Sale and the Circular. On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that the Sale was completed on 26 September 2017 following the full payment of the Balance Purchase Price by Setia Recreation to CIMB Trustee (acting solely in the capacity as a trustee for BPB) on the same day, pursuant to the terms of the SPA.
