On behalf of the Board of Directors of BPB, Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a bonus issue of 640,000,000 new Bonus Shares on the basis of 2 Bonus Shares for every 5 existing BPB Shares held on an entitlement date to be determined later (“Proposed Bonus Issue”). Please refer to the attachment for further details on the Proposed Bonus Issue.
