Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the circular to shareholders of BPB dated 28 March 2018 in relation to the Acquisition (“Circular”). We refer to the announcements dated 22 August 2017 and 30 October 2017 in relation to the Acquisition and the Circular. On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that the Acquisition was completed on 16 May 2018 following the full payment of the Balance Purchase Price by BRNSB to the Vendor on the same day, pursuant to the terms of the SPA.
