1) On 30 November 2018, Boustead Plantations Berhad announced the resignation of YBhg. Tan Sri Dato' Seri Lodin Wok Kamaruddin from the Board of Directors due to early mutual termination of his service agreement with Boustead Holdings Berhad (BHB) as Managing Director, with effect from 31 December 2018. BHB is the holding company of Boustead Plantations Berhad. With that, YBhg. Tan Sri Dato' Seri Lodin Wok Kamaruddin ceases to be the member of the Remuneration Committee from that date.
2) The Board of Directors of the Company will identify a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy in due course.
