The Company intends to seek shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (“AGM”), to alter the existing Constitution of the Company by the adoption of a new Constitution so as to be in line with the Companies Act 2016, the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, and to ensure clarity and consistency throughout.  The proposed new Constitution will be circulated together with the notice of the annual general meeting of the Company.
