On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that the Sale was completed on 18 April 2019 following the full payment of the Balance Purchase Price by the Buyers to CIMB Trustee (acting solely in the capacity as a trustee for BPB) on the same day, pursuant to the terms of the SPAs.
