The terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcements dated 1 August 2018 and 25 March 2019, unless otherwise stated.
We refer to the announcements dated 1 August 2018, 31 January 2019 and 25 March 2019 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.
On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that the Proposed Acquisition was completed on 29 April 2019 following the full payment of the Revised Balance Purchase Consideration by BRNSB to the Vendors on the same day, pursuant to the terms of the SPA and the Supplemental Agreement.
For avoidance of doubt, the Lubah SPA in relation to the Proposed Acquisition of Lubah remains conditional as at the date of this announcement.
