Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the offer document in relation to the Offer dated 1 December 2023 ("Offer Document").
We refer to the Offer Document which sets out the details, terms and conditions of the Offer.
We have, on 20 December 2023, received the press notice from UOBKH and Maybank IB, on behalf of the Offeror ("Press Notice"), informing that the closing time and date for the acceptance of the Offer have been extended from 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Friday, 22 December 2023 to 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Friday, 5 January 2024 ("Extended Closing Date").
Save for the Extended Closing Date, all other details, terms and conditions of the Offer as set out in the Offer Document remain unchanged.
The level of acceptance of the Offer as at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on 20 December 2023 is set out in the Press Notice.
