The provision of non-audit services by the external auditors to the Group is both cost effective and efficient
due to their knowledge and understanding of the operations of the Group, and did not compromise their
independence and objectivity. It is also the Group’s policy to use the auditors in cases where their knowledge
of the Group means it is neither efficient nor cost effective to employ another firm of accountants.
7. Variation in result
There were no profit estimation, forecast and projection made or released by the Company during the financial
year ended 31 December 2015.
8. Profit guarantee
There were no profit guarantees given by the Company and its Subsidiaries during the financial year ended 31
December 2015.
9. Material contracts
There were no material contracts which had been entered into by the Group involving the interests of Directors
and major shareholders, either still subsisting at the end of the financial year ended 31 December 2015 or
entered into since the end of the previous financial year.
